Donald Trump kicked off Tuesday with some unhinged tweets and finished the day by devolving into a racist tire fire on national television and JK Rowling was there to make sense of it all.

There is no in-between now for Trump.
With the delicacy of a drunk in church, Trump claimed to condemn neo-Nazis and the KKK while also saying that there were plenty of "very fine people" in the group of white men who came together in Charlottesville to scream, "Jews will not replace us."

He's clear with where he stands and, as Rowling points out, we know the same about those who continue to defend him.
