British TV celeb Gemma Collins was presenting an award at the BBC Radio 1 Teen Awards earlier on Sunday -- when she took a nasty tumble down a hole on stage. 。

Collins was mid-way through her announcement when a trap door in the stage opened up beside her to bring the winners up. She failed to notice the door and took a swift tumble down.。
