1. It's My Pleasure
Sex coach Danielle Savory dives into how the brain impacts our sex lives in her podcast It's My Pleasure. Your brain is an important sex organ, which you may have picked up on if you've ever tried to have sex while your mind is elsewhere (the sex isn't the hottest). Savory discusses how we can use neuroscience and psychology to induce more pleasure and thus have better sex.

7. Dates & Mates with Damona Hoffman
I might be biased, because I was once a guest on Dates & Mates, but this podcast is great for dating advice. Host and OkCupid dating coach Damona Hoffman has helped people find partners for over a decade, so she knows her stuff. Not only do episodes feature her advice but you often hear from experts as well, like Couples Therapy psychologist Dr. Orna Guralnik and matchmaker Rachel Russo (and yours truly, I suppose).

Two Dykes and a Mic may first be categorized as a comedy podcast, but what makes it so funny is hosts McKenzie Goodwin and Rachel Scanlon chatting about queer life and relationships. In between talking about pop culture — like Taylor Swift and The Bachelorette — the duo dish out relationship advice and reactions to dating horror stories. If that doesn't convince you, come for queer guests like actors E.R. Fightmaster and Mae Martin.

11. She Wants More
While it only lasted a few months, She Wants Moreis worth binge-listening. Writer Jo Piazza, also host of the Committedpodcast, speaks with women who cheat on their spouses and relationship experts to give more insight into why.
